Amazing Grace Home features an open floor plan designed to take full advantage of the beautiful bay, golf course and sunset views. Original 1950s windows fill the home with natural light and coastal character. A new forced-air furnace heats the main living areas, with separate wall heaters in each bedroom. Bring a warm pullover and slippers for cozy evenings watching the fog roll across the bay. Multiple decks and patios extend the living space outdoors—enjoy morning coffee overlooking the golf course and sunset views over the bay. During seasonal migration, you may even spot Monarch butterflies. The home has three smart TVs for streaming with your own accounts, located in the primary bedroom, family room and queen bedroom. Amenities include a coffee maker with reusable gold filter, Bluetooth speaker, compact washer/dryer combo, BBQ, microwave, gas range and a well-stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes and utensils. House rules: No pets. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, strictly enforced due to a severe smoke allergy.

Treat the house and the neighborhood as you would your own. There are some delicate vintage furniture pieces in the home. Some of which have been in the family for years. To avoid beach ants from entering the house please refrain from bringing food to bedrooms and avoid leaving food out on counters or in rooms. This is a quaint quiet neighborhood so refrain from parties and keep music low. Propane BBQ provided for your pleasure - please clean BBQ and dishes/pots/pans after use to prevent excessive cleaning fee of $25. No smoking of any kind permitted inside or outside the residence. Owner has severe smoke allergy.

The refrigerator and cabinets are cleared between stays. Laundry: Compact washer/dryer combo for small loads only. Larger loads will not dry properly. Starter supplies: We provide starter shampoo and soap. Please bring ground coffee, food and preferred spices. Basics include salt, pepper, garlic powder, foil, bags, trash bags, pots and pans. Heating: Bedrooms have gas wall heaters. Leaving bedroom doors open also allows heat from the main living area to circulate. Comfort: Beds include soft sheets, fluffy pillows, alternative-down blankets and comforters. Household items: Linens, pillows, blankets, towels and other household items are provided for your stay and should remain at the property. Items are inventoried between stays; missing or damaged items may be charged at replacement cost.
